Kobri is not a credit institution, a microfinance institution or a payment institution. Kobri does not hold its users’ funds. The service is operated as a distributor, in the name and on behalf of a licensed payment service provider, in accordance with COBAC Regulation R-2019/01 of 23 December 2019.
